I beg to acknowledge with thanks the letter from

the Department of yesterday's date, and note, for the

information of the Committee, that the Officer

Administering the Government of Hong Kong has agreed to

the reinstatement of Miss Kelsey, and that there is,

therefore, no further vacancy for a nursing sister in the

Medical Department of Hong Kong.at present.

Miss Bone is accordingly being informed of this

as requested by the Department.
